This Privacy Policy explains how LeadBox collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use LeadBox (https://lead-box.dev).
1. Who we are
LeadBox is operated by LeadBox. For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights described below, write to privacy@lead-box.dev.
2. What we collect
- Data you give us — name, email address, phone number, company, and anything else you enter into a form or send us in a message.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and operating system version, referring page, and the pages you open, recorded automatically by our servers.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 7.
We do not deliberately collect special categories of data (health, biometrics, political or religious views), and we ask that you do not send them to us.

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
We do share it with the service providers that make LeadBox work — hosting, email delivery, error tracking, and analytics — strictly to the extent each of them needs, and under a contract that binds them to process the data only on our instructions. We also disclose data where the law requires it or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiry correspondence — up to 3 years after our last contact.
- Accounting documents — for the period required by the applicable tax law.
- Server logs — up to 12 months.
When a retention period ends, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data where we have no overriding ground to keep it;
- restrict or object to a particular use of it;
- transfer your data to another provider in a machine-readable format;
- withdraw a consent you gave earlier, without affecting what was lawful before.
Write to privacy@lead-box.dev and we will respond within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
7. Cookies
LeadBox uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, and — where you have agreed to them — analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but some preferences will not be remembered.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access to it is limited to the people who need it for their work, and backups are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we notify affected users and the competent authority about a breach that is likely to put their rights at risk.
9. Children
LeadBox is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to privacy@lead-box.dev and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published at this address, with the date of the last change at the top. A material change is announced on the site at least 14 days before it takes effect.
